Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations to support the insurance broker business
• Coordinate with IT Department on production problem fix and system enhancement;
• Ensure operations are in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
• Liaison with product providers for month-end reconciliations 
• Handle application of Technical Representatives (TR), including the checking on TR’s qualification, CPD hours, registration history;
• Reviews policies and other documents received for accuracy.
• Provide accounting support to the department

Job Requirements:

• Passed IIQE 1, 3 & 5 would be an advantage
• Tertiary education in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of operations and accounting experience
• Minimum 4 years of operations and accounting experience for Operation Manager
• Familiar in both operation and finance functions
• Experience as supporting staff in IFA or insurance broker firm would be an advantage;
• Good project management and communication skills (written and oral English)
