Responsibilities職責:

• Handle, answer and follow up the calls and email enquiries from existing clients in the areas of Motor Insurance quotation and car claim service.
• 處理及跟進現有客戶有關汽車保險報價及汽車索賠服務的來電及電郵查詢
• Handle customer enquiries and renew the motor insurance to existing clients
• 處理客戶查詢及為現有客戶更新汽車保險
• Perform warm call to build rapport with customers, understand their business needs
• 聯絡及跟進客戶，與客戶保持良好關係及了解客戶所需
• Make warm calls to existing clients in optimizing and upselling in motor insurance product
• 致電現有客戶以擴展汽車保險產品

 Requirements要求:

• Form 5/DSE graduated or above
  中五/中學文憑試畢業或以上程度
• 1 year of sales experience with experience in telemarketing business/customer service is an asset
  一年或以上銷售經驗，具電話銷售/客戶服務經驗優先
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  熟悉電腦操作(MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  良好團隊合作能力、溝通能力及人際技巧
• Welcome to all fresh graduates and candidates who are interested in Motor Business

Work Location: Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

工作地點：觀塘萬泰利廣場

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00

工作時間：星期一至五，09:00-18:00
