Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the new products launch and maintain a good relationship with current and new business partners and internal customers;
• Respond to inquiries and interpret contracts and provide benefits or claims information upon requested by customers, insured and policyholders in a timely, accurately and courteous manner;
• Prepare and maintain administrative related accurate materials such as contract, benefit brochures and related documents to clients;\
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation and a systematic filing system;
• Perform other job related duties or special projects upon as request;

Requirements:

• College or university graduate or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in general insurance renewal administration preferably with sales experience;
• Must be a Self-starter, team player and attentive to details;
• Strong communication and customer service and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical skills, good at Microsoft applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Account Manager.
