Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the new products launch and maintain a good relationship with current and new business partners and internal customers;
- Respond to inquiries and interpret contracts and provide benefits or claims information upon requested by customers, insured and policyholders in a timely, accurately and courteous manner;
- Prepare and maintain administrative related accurate materials such as contract, benefit brochures and related documents to clients;\
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation and a systematic filing system;
- Perform other job related duties or special projects upon as request;
Requirements:

College or university graduate or equivalent;

At least 5 years of relevant experience in general insurance renewal administration preferably with sales experience;

Must be a Self-starter, team player and attentive to details;

Strong communication and customer service and negotiation skills;

Strong analytical skills, good at Microsoft applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Account Manager.
