Our client is one of the largest insurance company in APAC. Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking a high calibre in Operation Support to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
-Liaise with other departments to build strong relationships with their clients
-Perform full spectrum of operation support by assisting with enrollment, contribution and termination
-Monitor the operations procedures to make sure it is with accordance to statutory requirements 

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of experience in the Pension industry 
-Candidate with previous experience in customer servicing is highly preferred 
-Great command of English and Chinese
