Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach subordinates in daily operation to ensure the team meets service standard and quality in all PA processing;
  • Monitor daily work performance of the team to ensure smooth running of daily operations;
  • Handle service enquiries and complex enquiries / special requests from Branches / Insurance Service or Customer Services department, including carrying out investigation and providing feasible solutions;
  • Provide inputs to the operation procedures, systems and practices, identify issues and suggest effective ways to streamline procedures;
  • Provide inputs to the Operation / Procedure / Life Insurance Service Manuals to ensure new guidelines and procedures are updated;
  • Draft user requirements on system enhancement / new product as assigned;
  • Review PA forms and correspondence as per new requirements adopted and coordinate with the vendor/ITS on the Form Development;
  • Conduct briefing to PA staffs to ensure well understand of the new operation procedures and guidelines;
  • Support new product implementation by giving advice on policy administration guidelines & procedures;
  • Handle policy service requests including policy value withdrawal, CFI, policy surrender, policy loan, PPF deposit and withdrawal, financial changes, Investment Linked financial alterations, TM policy lapsation;
  • Follow up on problem renewal payment cases and take care on issue the illustration documents manually on special policy (e.g policy with PUA dividend option);
  • Handle old BEA Staff Mortgage policy, CPD, WP claim follow up;
  • Perform quality check on reports, notices & correspondence;
  • Perform AML / PEP checking, FATCA / CRS due diligence;
  • Prepare UAT test plan and perform UAT as assigned;
  • Monitor Data Cleansing quarterly.

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or Degree Holder;
  • 5 years relevant experience in Individual Life Policy Administration with at least 2 years supervisory experience;
  • Good in people management, presentation and leadership skills;
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese;
  • Good analytical an problem solving skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and independently;
  • Positive and able to motivate staffs to achieve team objective;
  • Customer focused and service-oriented;
  • Qualification in FLMI is preferable. Cleansing quarterly.
