- Maintaining, developing and growing the existing customer base
- Revenue and profitability responsibility for SME, Corporate & Multinational accounts under Accident and Travel Insurance
- Networking with end clients / agents / brokers via trade shows and other similar mediums to develop and maintain relationships
- New business prospecting to meet goals for new business development
- Compiling and maintaining the sales pipeline reporting and following up on ‘live’ negotiations
- Managing a marketing plan to ensure maintenance of existing customers and development of new customers
- Staying abreast of historic and current market trends to ensure potential impacts on the business are appropriately dealt with
- Effectively manage and support a team of business development executives to ensure individual targets are exceeded
- Price / Underwrite Corporate & Multinational accounts for Accident and Travel Insurance
- Convert SME product placement to a no touch automated business model
Job Requirement
- 3 years (or plus) of experience in sales / business development
- Proven track record of developing new businesses and achieving targets
- 3 years (or plus) of experience in managing team members
- Proven track record of managing / dealing with international brokers
