Financial Controllership team is one of the key functions in Group Finance to drive the Group’s financial reporting framework & financial policy to ensure quality, timely and meaning financial information are provided to management for decision making. The team is also a gate-keeper sitting in the head office to monitor the quality of assets held by the group.

You will be given lots of opportunities to make impacts to improve the financial reporting process with the Group. With active M&A activities within Vistra, you will have great exposure to take part in the financial integration process for those newly acquired businesses and interact with different colleagues all over the world. You will also be involved in the consolidation system design. All these provide you chances to make impacts and contribute to the success of this rapidly expanding MNC.

Main Duties

• Lead the monthly consolidated financial statement preparation process
   
• Lead intercompany transaction reporting and identifying ways to enhance efficiency for intercompany reconciliations
• Produce reports and other analysis breakdown using HFM
• Design templates to facilitate the group in ad hoc data collection among the group
• Give instructions and provide guidance to finance team across the world in accounting policies and technical accounting as required
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditor & monitoring the external audit process
• Support Director, Financial Controllership in developing the world-wide finance function in financial controls, processes & reporting

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as CPA
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing with at least 3 years commercial experience
• Detailed minded with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Performance and results driven
• Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
• Experienced in HFM with high proficiency in MS Excel
