Responsibilities 職責 :
- 領導屬員處理公司整體人力資源管理包括人力規劃、招聘、培訓、積效管理及薪酬管理等工作
- 提供指導及協助各境內/境外下屬企業各項人力資源管理相關工作包括機構設置、人員編制及用工管理等
- 確保各項人力資源管理政策符合當地法例法規
- 負責人力資源管理制度建設
Requirements 任職要求 :
- 碩士或以上人力資源管理或工商管理等相關學科畢業
- 8年以上從事集團公司人力資源管理工作經驗
- 具國內人力資源管理工作經驗優先
- 熟悉香港及國內僱傭法例
- 具良好的中、英文讀寫及溝通能力，能操流利普通話
