Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Special Cargo Team (in different countries) to achieve Company’s targets in the most effective way; 
• Reporting to Regional Niche Product Director - Asia & Pacific (stationed in Shanghai)
• Control KPI in Region; 
• Develop and implement LOP taking into consideration SOP signed with Customers; 
• Work on deviations, investigate irregularities, go through risk assessment procedures, control follow-up; 
• Ensure a quality management system in the region is implemented and maintained; 
• Maintain control over compliance of Special Cargo products;

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree 
• Minimum 8 years experience in cargo airlines and/or forwarding industry; 
• Have knowledge of regulations and practices on Special Cargo (Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, Vulnerable and Valuable); 
• Profound understanding of principles and methods of sales, pricing, and market dynamics in the cargo airline; 
• Strong leadership; 
• Strong interpersonal communication and sound negotiation skills in dealing with different types of customers, across different functions and nationalities; 
• Good command of English;
• Computer skills (MS Office, IBM Lotus, Cargo-spot, etc.) ;
• Occasional travel is required.
