Our Client
Our client is a renowned Beauty Brand. They are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as CRM Manager.
The Role
- Lead a team to plan and execute CRM strategy, manage customer relationship and business opportunity maximizationthrough tactic commercial and gifting offerings, retail events and customer events
- Follow up and ensure quality execution of strategies (Value sets, GWP, roadshow, customer events, sampling arrangement, etc.)
- Work closely with shops and be digital-first mindset to explore and execute social-digital communication for commercial mechanism
- Forecast and consumption monitoring of tactical commercial items (GWP, samples, sets, etc.) for responsible trade accounts
- Timely and in-depth analysis; and conduct post campaign evaluation to evaluate ROI and efficiency
Job requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or business related discipline
- 6 years’ experience in marketing/ CRM function of retail industry; beauty industry is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and numerical sense, excellent communication, coordination and organization skills
- Independent, proactive, detail-minded, able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
- Advanced level of MS Excel usage (e.g. Pivot table, V lookup) and Power Point
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
