Reporting to the Sales team HOD, the Sales Manager will be responsible for day to day operations and support functions. Your duties will include: - 

1. Provide strategic direction for the organization and overall in charge of business strategic planning, sales and financial performance
2. Ensure the profitability of the Company to enable business continuity and expansion
3. Plan and develop tactical short and long term sales strategies, annual sales target and business plans
4. Responsible in developing a highly-motivated and productive team to meet business needs; Identifying the training needs and further develop the high potential individuals though developmental and coaching programs
5. Establish and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact with customers
6. Responsible for preparing and coordinating overall plans, elevating and improving the working efficiency of all departments

Requirements: -

• University Graduate, Marketing and Business Administration or Economics Degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing accounts and relationship for multiple clients and a team of similar staff strength
• Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience
• Strategic thinking with strong problem solving and analysis record
• Strong business acumen with local market business knowledge
• Excellent team management skills with result-orientation and a sense of urgency
• Excellent organizing ability, interpersonal relationship and communication interactive skills
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
