Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all F&B license application and deal with outsources contractors
• Supervise outsources contractors/ designers during design and construction stages
• Overall project management, control project progress, cost and quality of works
• Prepare budget and control on expenditure
• Responsible to prepare in collaboration with Company project manager any designer brief or Landlord presentations when required in a professional manner.
• Responsible to coordinate with kitchen and bar team the layouts of their working space as you will be the point of contact for any operations team.
• Responsible to create a communication and workflow planning for the operations during the pre-opening stages, work as contact point between operations and directors
• Report to Directors for all project updates

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in F&B industry and maintenance works
• Capable of budget preparation and cost assessment
• Experienced in tender arrangement and contract administration
• Good command writing skills in English is a must, proficiency in computer applications
• Immediate available is preferred
