To cope with our rapid expansion, a sizable Small Home Electric Appliance factory located in DongGuan is now inviting high caliber candidates for the General Manager position.

Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for the entire business operation and formulate overall business plan and direction, and management strategies;
•  Responsible for profit and loss, all manufacturing activities, such as planning, production, quality, engineering and logistic of our DongGuan factory;
•  Oversee the whole production processes and activities to draw up production plans and schedules, achieving on-time-deliveries with high product quality;
• Liaise with various departments to meet the company's goal and targets;
• Cost sensitive, and result oriented;
• Report to CEO.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administrative or relevant disciplines;
• Solid skills and experiences in Home Electric Appliance manufacturing operations of which at least 15 years in managerial level;
• Experience in Smart Home Appliance manufacturing is highly preferred;
• Solid skills and experiences in implementing lean production, ERP or other management systems of production process improvement;
• Well versed in Social Compliance, ISO 9000, ISO 14000;
• Mature & strong in communication, implementation, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of English & Cantonese, Mandarin is required;
• Immidiate available is highly preferred;
• Station in DongGuan.
