Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop quality customers and achieve monthly sales target in cross-border mail, parcels, fulfillment and logistics services
• Develop new accounts, manage key accounts activities and personnel involved in key account services and sales, strive to maximize sales opportunities and improve account performance
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve preset sales objectives/target and provide training to them
• Liaise and maintain executive level relationship with existing clients and business partners
• Handle regional sales leads, present new products / projects to key account customers
• Assist Head of Sales in various kinds of sales programs
• Be a team player in providing ideas in improvement initiatives for product development and constantly seek ideas for improvement for successful selling

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree / Degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years' sales experience ( with 2 years at supervisory level preferred ) in either express, ecommerce, logistics industry or service sale from commoditized and competitive industries, good understanding of eCommerce knowledge is definitely advantageous
• Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Outgoing, aggressive and result-oriented in character and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Office
• Can stand with high job pressure and have strong desire to meet deadline
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
