Responsibilities:
- Manage HR department
- Budget planning for hr costs
- Improve HR processed
- Coordinate and optimize flow of work between different departments
- Communicate with our work partners and follow up on different projects
- Strategically manage different parties for store opening
- Organize and implement company internal communication
- Review on-going costs and see how we can optimize
- Manage logistic flows
- Manage any ad-hoc project such as office relocation
- Follow up on new stores construction work if need
- Support any new market expansion

- Skills in leading and motivating a team
- Experiences in HR and project management
