Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR department
  • Budget planning for hr costs
  • Improve HR processed
  • Coordinate and optimize flow of work between different departments
  • Communicate with our work partners and follow up on different projects
  • Strategically manage different parties for store opening
  • Organize and implement company internal communication
  • Review on-going costs and see how we can optimize
  • Manage logistic flows
  • Manage any ad-hoc project such as office relocation
  • Follow up on new stores construction work if need
  • Support any new market expansion
