Responsibilities:

• Work very closely with retail management and buying departments
• Review all processes and help optimize them
• Coordinate and optimize flow of work between different departments
• Communicate with our work partners and follow up on different projects
• Strategically manage different parties for store opening
• Review on-going costs and see how we can optimize
• Manage logistic flows
• Manage any ad-hoc projects such as office relocation
• Follow up on new stores construction work if need
• Support any new market expansion
• Support expansion in China and coordinate with China Local office

Requirements:

• Experience in operation or logistic is a must 
• Highly organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in China is a clear plus
