JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To develop own Brands and Private Labels  for leading on line and off line retailers to achieve financial goals in the following categories

• Household and kitchen appliances 
• Beauty and accessories
• Sport and Camping items
• Home textile
• Stationary and toys

To cooperate with designers to prepare naming, logo, brand books, packaging and technical documentation for mentioned categories for different retailers

To develop assortment forPL based on the Mood boards of the Clients and benchmarks from target market

To launch seasonal assortment programs on UNITED B2B platform for different formats of retailers

To cooperate with product developers and merchandisers for factories search of assigned product categories

Negotiations with Clients for Brands development 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Personality: proactive, proposing new ideas and solutions, cost saving, open and sincere, teamplayer

Ready for challenges, to learn new and be flexible for the client

Ready to travel to China to work with factories directly

Ready to source from all the possible resources and create new ones

3 years experience in Brand Management, deep knowledge of target markets and consumers behaviour patterns

Deep Product knowledge: production process, materials, costing, tests, AQL knowledge

Proficient in English language, Russian is highly preferable
