Job Description:

• Assist with creation of seasonal marketing materials with creative inputs (catalogues, product presentations)
• Data Entry and project support on existing accounts
• Maintain and develop relationship with clients (apparel brands)
• Assist with new product development

• Liaise with internal departments: product development team, production team, IT team, and customer service team
• Prepare reports & support senior team members in any administrative tasks required, as needed
• Ad hoc projects

Successful Candidate:

• Proactive, creative, enthusiastic team player
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical 
• Excellent organization and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator is a good plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Cantonese + Mandarin are an asset

• Bachelor’s degree
• Immediate availability preferred
