Responsibilities :

• Liaise with material suppliers for trims product development, price negotiation and comparison as well as sample order delivery schedule.
• Communicate internally between merchandising, purchasing and design team to ensure a smooth sample development schedule
• Handle data input and manage item code set up for ERP system and generate reports for regular review and analysis
• Evaluate and analyze reasonable material consumption usage
  
  

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in garment materials purchasing. Familiar with garment material actual cost and cost structure
• Strong sourcing garment materials, negotiation and communication skill. Able to evaluate material facility capability and production capacity
• Have fashion sense to support design team on trims development and options
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer software application
• Hardworking and self-discipline. Willing to travel to China.
