Responsibilities :

• Able to recognize the compliance requirement of customers
• Proactively in collaborate with both China and offshore compliance teams
• Follow-up closely with customers, understand customers’ requirement and the relevant standard
• Co-ordinate and organize teams on routine audit programs’ planning
• Ensure all compliance polices and procedures are in-force
• Ensure the implementation as planned
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as customers’ feedback and audit
  
  

Requirements :

• Degree holder with relevant working experience in the garment manufacturing industry
• Good analytical mind and problem solving ability
• Independent, self-driven and result-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customer’s auditors, factory management team, suppliers, etc
• Frequent travel is a must
