Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance client relationship with existing clients, understand and support clients’ needs and requirements
• Perform administrative tasks, follow up orders and deliveries
• Assist in customer service activities and project follow-up
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience, with printing or packaging knowledge is preferred
• Customer-oriented, highly organized, collaborative with good communications skills
• Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English, good written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel skills
• Requires regular travel to China factories
