Key Account Manager

Duties:

• To support sales team of LED lighting division
• Liaising with clients, design department, factory & external supplier on new project development and management
• Required to understand customers’ needs and give appropriate suggestions
• Project review with design team in China factory
• Prepare project proposal
• Identify problems and take quick responses and actions
• Monitoring project development
• Keep track of new technologies and industry trends
• Work well in pressure and stressful environment
• Report regularly to Sales & Marketing Directors
• To handle ad hoc events as assigned by the Department Head if necessary-
• Assist & daily report to Sales Manager and perform site/event attendance (if needed)
• Continuation of good relationship with the customer or his/her representative
• To handle customers' enquiries independently and systematically

Requirements:

• Working experiences in LEDs, semiconductors industry and/or project management
• Bachelor degree(s) in Electronic or Electrical engineering or business admin with technical background or Equivalent is preferable
• Good interpersonal, communication skills, hardworking, responsible, quick response & fast learner – expressing ideas and plans.
• Presentable, self-motivated and passionate to work;
• Strong project management skills and detail oriented mind-set to ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary;
• Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Project Manager
• Working Location: Hong Kong (with occasional travels to china/overseas when needed)
