Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to field sales team on a daily basics
• Provide close communication with customers on all day to day activities
• Handle and follow up on new customers’ inquiries and quotation
• Assist with key accounts management and maintenance
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer’s needs and demands
• Assist in sampling preparation and confirmation
• Provide after sales support and coordinate customer complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary or above
• 1 - 2 years in sales experience; manufacturing background is preferred
• Sales-oriented with a proactive and passionate mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Word application, knowledge in CRM system is a PLUS
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
