Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the EHS management system

• Build professional relationship with all business units in EHS implementation

• Establish the company EHS culture by implementing effective EHS strategies

• Conduct job safety environmental assessment (JSEA) to identify potential hazards and to work out safe working procedures

• Conduct onsite inspection and audit to review the effectiveness of system implementation

• Conduct relevant EHS training to both management and frontline staff

• Coordinate monthly safety committee meeting

• Develop communication and promotion channels for EHS knowledge sharing

• Lead the team to conduct incident investigation

• Drive for zero harm culture

• Monitor for EHS license according to legal requirements

• Kick off ad hoc EHS projects. Liaise with external parties for any EHS related matters

• Prepare and submit reports according to corporate requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree or above

• Registered safety officer

• ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO45001 internal auditor

• At least 8 years of EHS experience preferred in manufacturing industry, with minimum of 5 years at managerial level

• Knowledge in China EHS laws is highly preferred

• Team player with good communication skills

• Conversant with MS office application

• Station in Dongguan Factory
