Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the company's quality system to satisfy customers’ requirements on quality assurance systems, production licenses eligibility and products quality.
• Provide technical advice on all quality issues and problems solving from incoming materials inspection, during the production process and after sales.
• Liaise with other managers and staff of various functions to ensure the QA system is functioned properly and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
• Handle and investigate complaints about food quality and hygiene issues in our retail stores
• Conduct regular store / supplier visits
• Develop and provide hygiene training programs for front-line staff
• Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
• Assist the ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Food Science or food related field
• At least 5 years QA experience in food and beverage industry
• Experience in prior microbiology laboratory management and manufacturing line inspection
• Experience in set up HACCP is an advantage
• With solid experience in audit field and complaint handling
• Good knowledge in Chinese herbal medicine (中草藥) is an advantage
• Strong internal and external customer focus with great follow-up
• Good understanding of local food regulations and application of QA technical knowledge
• Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Occasionally travel overseas and farmland in Mainland is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Oficer
