Responsibilities:

• Prepare and confirm PO, make shipment arrangements and keep track of delivery.
• Ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production and final on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and well communicate with buyers, suppliers, factories, and relevant internal departments.
• Assist in carrying out the daily merchandising activities including product development.
• Maintain accurate data in system, including article setup, article information update, purchase order creation
• Maintain accurate and updated data in all shared files/reports 
• Assist in fabric and trims sourcing for SMS and Bulk.
• Arrange sample dispatch for customer's approval.
• Coordinate with Finance Team or Sourcing's Finance Team for invoice related issues

Requirements:

• Graduate in fashion and textile
• Knowledge in Mens garment especially in knitted streetwear and sportswear
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• 5 days work, Working location at San Po Kong
• Fresh graduates with a degree in Fashion and Textiles will be considered
