Internship Trainee Program

We are offering a 12-months Internship Trainee program to undergraduate students designed to prepare you for your professional life. Through series of rotations in different departments, you will have the opportunity to get exposure to well-rounded development experience on different aspects, including finance, treasury, investor relations, paving the way for further developing your career in your field of choice within the business.

Responsibilities:

Undergoes a 12-months on-the-job training period, swapping between the departments of Investor Relations and Finance & Treasury.  

Investor Relations

• Assist to organize investor relation events (e.g. press conferences, conference calls, luncheons, investor briefings, etc.);
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for investor meetings and results announcement
• Maintain and update investor relation database and filings
• Provide administrative support to director and the team
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties

Finance & Treasury

• Provide administrative support to the team, including handling banking documents and various banking/financing related matters. Assist in daily cash management, including payments and receipts  
• Assist in preparing regular internal reports in relation to treasury operations
• Obtain basic understanding and assist in FX and interest risk hedging transactions and post transaction administrative support;
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

• Preferably undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines with basic accounting knowledge 
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, and across a cross-functional team
• Self-motivated, energetic, independent, meticulous and detail-oriented mindset
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
