Responsibilities: 

• Production: ensure that orders are on schedule and finished on time 
• Inventory: coordinating with suppliers for purchasing materials 
• Distribution: preparing quotation, invoice and shipping documents 
• Assisting in daily clerical duties 
• Attending local jewellery exhibitions

Requirements: 

• F5 or above 
• 1 year experience in jewellery production 
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English 
• Experience in jewellery production is a must, either in purchasing with factories 
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Jewellery Data Bass Program
• Well-organized, eager to learn, patient & able to work under pressure 
• Immediate availability is high preferable
