- Calculate production schedule based on the SAM provided by I.E. Team
- Calculate the production capacity of each sewing line and set schedule for Production Manager to execute.
- Determine the production capacity of the factory base on the existing workforce.
- Determine the allowable fabric & sub material processing time for each order. Set deadline for the team to meet close monitoring the KPI performance of the team member.
- Monitor the progress of each production line, and make adjustments if necessary.
- To schedule the production of each order and confirm the delivery date based on customer's requirement.
Job Requirement
- Station in Dongguan Factory
- Over 10 years relevant experience is preference
- Fast response with analytical thinking to work independently
- Good command of Mandarin ,Cantonese & English
