• To ensure QA issues are dealt with on time with correct results.
• To understand root causes of QA issues and solve the issues with corrective actions.
• To provide technical information and support to the suppliers and Group Quality Teams.
• To increase & improve communication between suppliers and Group Quality Teams.
• To ensure product of acceptable quality is delivered to the customers.
• To work with on supplier site inspectors to achieve quality objectives.
• To follow up and verify supplier corrective actions.
• To visit suppliers on a regular basis and produce updated suppliers’ capability reports
• To make independent decisions and be able to negotiate with suppliers.
• To take an active role in supplier audits with customers.

Requirements

• Solid experience with PCB product, manufacturing process and IPC quality systems and perform internal process audits
• Depth knowledge on IATF16949, PPAP and FMEA reports
• Hand-on in writing formal 8D reports and capable of handling customer complaints
• Experience on performing FQC inspection and EHS trainings
• Excellent in English and Mandarin is required.

The above post will be based in Hong Kong and required for regular travelling in CHINA.
