Job Description

• Direct report to Customer Service Manager
• Client communication for business operation and delivery
• Visit and meeting with customer and factories
• Support production planning from factory
• Perform analyst in EXCEL and Prepare PowerPoint
• Follow up the internal production and shipment status
• 2 years or above related experience, preferably with manufacturing industry

Job requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder or in all discipline;
• 2-3 years of sales support or customer service experience with manufacturing industry is preferable;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented;
• PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing (especially data analysis in Excel);
• Independence, hardworking, responsible with attentive to details;
• Well-organized and ready to meet new challenge;
• Stationed at Factory in shenzhen 3 days per week;
• more experience will consider to be Senior Officer
• Immediate available is preferred.
