To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber candidate to join our Manufacturing Division in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:

• To perform daily operation of production process to ensure efficient delivery of production schedule
• To monitor and control inventory level to prevent shortage of materials
• To manage remaining materials such as disposal or replacement
• To set up purchase price / selling price and issue notice
• To liaise with internal parties for design drawing management
• To assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken Japanese (JPLT N3 or above), English and Chinese
• Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn, with positive working attitude as a good team player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Production Coordinator
