Operation Trainee

Job Description:

• Operate the card personalization system;
• Assist in daily security card quality checking;
• Assist in security card fulfillment if necessary;
• Assist the Team to operate & monitor the machine if necessary;
• Others ad-hoc duties as required by department supervisor.

 Job Requirements:

• School Certificate or above with 1 year experience 
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and work independently
• PC knowledge
• Fairs in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferable
  

Assistant Fulfillment Services Supervisor

Job Description:

• Responsible to monitor and manage the team of fulfillment services.
• Mail differentiation by country / delivery method / issuance type
• Daily postage calculation by different customers
• Ensure the accuracy in daily mailing and be timely delivery to customers in a designated time.
• Monitor the customers’ raw material and ensure it’s sufficient for daily order.
• Ensure the efficient work flow and suggest the improvement plan to the department supervisor.
• Provide the on-job-training to the new workers in handling daily fulfillment services.

 Job Requirements:

• 3 years or above related working experience
• F.5 or above
• Proficiency in Cantonese, simple English
• Responsible and prudent in mails handing
• Familiar with fulfillment operation and flow
