Job Responsibilities :

• Manage, monitor and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects and product development.
• Be the customers’ primary contact on new project and related activities and assist to provide full project management and follow-up services to customers;
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and various parties throughout the project to ensure smooth implementation;
• Prepare documentation for such as functional specification, operation workflow and project proposal
• Attend client meetings and assist with consolidation of project requirements
• Monitor deadline of multi-projects, meet customer expectation with on-time delivery;
• Assist to review projects with technical staff. Assist to resolve technical problems from customers and internal technical staff;
• Provide support to Sales team for DMS related enquiry
• Accomplish the assignment given by supervisor or top management.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or above, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines are preferred.
• At least 2 years working experience
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and have a good sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good time management, able to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Responsible, self-motivated and be a team player
• Experience in IT Infrastructure/security project
• Basic knowledge of computer program writing skills
• Proficient MS Office application including Excel, Word, Project
