Responsibilities :

• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
• Monitor the productivity , quality control and on time delivery
• Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan
• Oversee production operations, such as Industrial Engineering and Material control
• To insure safety and compliance with quality control standards and regulatory compliance
  
  

Requirement :

• more than 10 years relevant working experience in knit garment manufacturing, of which at least 8 years in experience in management level
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes , production machinery and techniques.
• Great communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management competencies
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good time management and planning skills.
