Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full quality control in APAC.
• Champion performance initiatives on site and with the core team that will drive continual improvement.
• Work with customers and internal teams for RMA related cases and failure analysis.
• Ensure that root cause analysis is being undertaken on non-conformances and defects, and that corrective and/or preventive action is identified and implemented.
• Working in day to day operation procedures using team approach.
• Manage company standards for ISO and ESD procedures.
• Assist in any ISO audits and maintain compliancy.
• Manage and lead quality team to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Innovate and develop quality specifications in line with global company guidelines.
• Provide training on quality control and tools.

  Requirements:

• University agree or above with at least 4 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industry 
• Working Knowledge of various quality control system as SPC,TQM,ISO-9001,ETC.
• Previous experience with implementing corrective actions
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, etc)
• Proactive, self-motivated, detailed oriented and responsible
• Pleasant, team worker, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Available to work on weekends and for overtime when required

Candidates with more than 4 years of experience will be considered for a manager position.
