Quality Assurance Supervisor (Stationed in Shenzhen, China)

10 or above relevant experience in manufacturing. Experience in Hard & Soft goods, such as toys, hard & soft, sundry is highly preferred
With solid experience to handle customer complaints
Able to investigate quality issues, identify root cause and generate corrective action plan in a timely manner
Generate comprehensive quality plan for new product introduction from conceptual stage to finished product
Respond to all quality issues in factory including IQC, LQC, FQC and daily operation
Establish quality procedures and lead quality team to ensure quality objectives are fulfilled
Liaise with internal and external parties in dealing with issues related to quality, product safety, reliability and compliance.
Good command of English and Mandarin

HK & China staff approx 40.
