Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection on the various production stages to comply with the  requirements of our food safety management system
• Monitor all quality and hygiene issue of factory
• Conduct microbial testing for incoming raw materials and finished products
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of HACCP, FSSC22000 system
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Safety /Food Science
• One year relevant experience (Fresh graduates would also be considered)
• Multitasking, willing to learn, independent and with good communication skill, detail-minded with good analytical skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
