Procurement Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ÿ Liaise with suppliers and user department for routine and ad-hoc procurement projects to secure the best delivery;

Ÿ Enforce the procurement policy and ensure all purchases are fully comply with the requirement;

Ÿ Provide support in the Procurement operation;

Ÿ Payment term negotiation ,Contract and vendor performance management;

Ÿ Assist to benchmark and formulate best-fit procurement vehicles to drive cost savings and efficiency improvement;

Ÿ Source of information, current trends and best practices in procurement area;

Ÿ To maintain the master data of purchasing system;

Ÿ To closely work with customer the requirement and source appropriate suppliers;

Ÿ To update and maintain PO;

Ÿ To measure and feedback supplier performance;

Ÿ To execute activities that drive KPIs including but not limited to cost savings, hands free purchasing, supplier consolidation, P2P, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

Ÿ BSc/Msc degree, major in business or related;

Ÿ Over 8-10 years related experience;

Ÿ Be diligent, eager to learn, detail oriented, can work efficient;

Ÿ Ability to build strong internal and external relationships;

Ÿ Experience in managing external third parties;

Ÿ Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively;

Ÿ Experience in negotiations, pricing, General purchasing & none-BOM related products;

Ÿ Good spoken and written English, familiar with purchasing system;

Ÿ  Understand manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
