Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue the purchase order to vendors
- Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details
- Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
- Prepare the updated purchasing and production information
- Input and control the actual data from the ERP system from purchase order to goods receive
- Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
- Issue Management Reports from ERP system that reflect the delivery status
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement or PMC Role
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, esp. in Excel
- Have strong concept in ERP system
- Familiar in using ERP system
- Good communication skills required
