Responsibilities:

• Manage & supervise chemical and microbiology laboratoriesand testing instruments including routine operations, maintenance and calibration.
• Review and approve QC GMP documents such as SOPs, Method of Analysis and qualifications of QC instruments.
• Ensure sampling, testing and retention of starting materials, packaging materials, in-process materials and finished products are carried out; issuance of related testing reports.
• Ensure quality monitoring of clean areas and waters for pharmaceutical uses are carried out.
• Ensure test methods are validated and analytical instruments are qualified.
• Ensure materials are re-examined periodically and stability studies are carried out.
• Organize on-the-job training, training assessment and conclusion of training for QC personnel; adjust the training curriculum according to actual requirements.
• Approve and monitor contract analysis.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related subjects.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical QC, in which at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Familiar with test method validation, analytical equipment’s operations and qualification.
• Familiar with environmental monitoring of GMP facilities and testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical microbiological testing and validation.
• Good organizational, management and training skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, enthusiastic. With good communication skills and as a team player.
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant QC Manager
