Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Food Development to conduct daily production and QC activities;
• Maintain ISO 22000 / HACCP System;
• Manage and control the standards of product quality and procedures;
• Support and implement related food safety systems
• Assist Senior Manager of Production & QA with kitchen planning and new project implementation;
• Perform ad hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years' experience in food manufacturing industry;
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Familiar with ISO 22000 and GMP would be an advantage;
• Fluent spoken and written of both English and Cantonese.

 *Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager*
