Job Descriptions

• To coordinate operational activities of volume increase/ decreases with  manufacturers/ suppliers including communication and resolving daily issues between internal organizations and manufacturers/ suppliers, ensuring market demands are supplied on time.
• To ensure readiness of materials in manufacturers for new product start-ups, understand market launch strategy and plans and incorporates them into planning activities.
• To make sure supply chain related master data is properly collected from manufacturers and reflected in SAP/ PLM properly.
• To participate and lead weekly cross-functional team calls to cover open issues related to emerging products in China/ Asia Regions, actively working on resolution of these issues.
• To ensure efficient MRP runs are made in manufacturers and optimum inventory levels are secured and to coordinate material movement between key components suppliers and manufacturers, shares forecast with them to ensure required preparations for  capacity and raw materials are in place.
• To prepare volume and capacity reports for emerging products in China /Asia region.
• To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• University Degree Holder.
• More than 3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent English, Chinese is considered an advantage. Good knowledge of MS office.
