Company Description

Our client is a leading consumer lifestyle and household retailer with a large amount of retail stores in Hong Kong. Due to upcoming expansion planning, they are planning to launch few more new retail brands in the market in the coming years. They have reserved a huge amount of budget for the upcoming aggressive expansion. They have owned a wide range of product categories, including household, personal care, furniture, health food, and other consumer lifestyle products. Therefore, they are looking for a Group Head of QA to manage their team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and technical support to assigned category to ensure the integrity of products
• Conduct the risk assessment and failure analysis
• Control product quality from development stage, product specification, supplier selection to mass production and shipment release
• Develop, maintain and update suppliers’ quality management and standardized quality processes
• Work closely with others departments to ensure product delivery to the standards
• Review and monitor the supplier performance and continuous improvement
• Other duties assigned by Department Heads

Requirements

• Degree holder
• 3 years or above related work experience in furniture, home electrical appliance, or household
• Experience in handing food related QA is a plus
• Open candidate from manufacturer, buying office, trading company, manufacturing or testing lab too
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Senior QA Executive/ QA Executive
