The candidate sought is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a robust quality system, and to lead and educate a “zero defect” philosophy in factory and in supplier.

Job Description

• Oversee, educate and train the IQC, IPQC and QA teams
• Establish, implement and promote best practices in Quality Management System from new product development to finished product shipment
•  Ensure customers quality standards are met
•  Analyze quality failure and provide the direction for continuous improvement throughout the entire production processes
• Responsible for compliance auditing relative to product, process and system from customers and certification bodies
• Develop and implement TQM programs inclusive of education, training and promotion “Quality is Everyone’s Responsibility” mind set

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in Quality or Engineering Management in manufacturing or related discipline
• A minimum 10 years of experience in related position, with 5 years at management level
• Experience in power cord and harness industry will be a PLUS.
• Knowledge in setting up quality management system, lab operation and change management.
• Good Command of statistical tools like Cpk, MSA, PPAP and use of SPC, DMAIC.
• Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 and IATF16949 will be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, proactive and good team player
• Willing to station in Dongguan China
• Certified six Sigma green belt or black belt will be an advantage
