Job Description
Our client, Hong Kong Listed company of International manufacturers with plants at overseas. It is looking for high calibrate with excellent experiences in Denim as below :
Positions : Manager
Ref : IE (Zhongzhan)
"•Develop and evaluate production processes and methods to improve productivity
- Drive and introduce new manufacturing concepts and production technologies to increase / improve labour productivity
- Participate and coordinate with production units in production line and machine set up and response to customer orders change
- Identify the root cause of problems in production process and develop feasible solutions
- Enhance the knowledge of IE in production units by providing internal trainings
- Coach and groom talent to take future leadership role
Re : Washing (VM)
"• Lead the finishing, washing development and pre- production process (such as Blanket/Shade band) by working closely with Sales and overseas customers
- Apply production-friendly finishing technique to production so as to maximize the quality stability and profit
- Oversee all sample development and R&D merchandising work
- Provide technical support services to factory & customers on dry & wet processing

"• Develop strategies to control resources allocation, monitor plans & budgets for improved operation efficiency.
- Formulate and implement business strategies to ensure production targets are met
- Develop people qualities systematically according to Manpower Plan and organizational strategy.
- Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Select and manage subcontractor (if any) performance to ensure best possible return to the Company.
* Ensure compliance with corporate policy/initiative regarding production and customers’ requirements.
- Coach and develop high quality leaders and management team.
- Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce.
