• To lead and manage a merchandising team to monitor the overall product development and orders follow up process
• To deal with overseas customers during their visits, daily communicate for current and potential businesses and provide value added services
• To involved in the establishment of quality standards, monitoring product development and ensuring the quality meet our client’s requirement and product safety standards
• To develop and implement strategic plans and performance targets for the team and provide guidance and training as required
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Textile & Clothing or Garment Merchandising equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in lingerie manufacturing industry of which at least 3 years’ in managerial level
• Relevant experience in US / European Market is a MUST
• Previous exposure in factory environment and good understanding with factory operations is a MUST
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to deal with customers and factories
• Self motivated, well organized, aggressive and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
