The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Business Unit to monitor the gap between demand and supply plan and recommend action plan in case of issue.
• Participate in Global Sales & Operations Planning (GS&OP) continuous improvement projects to ensure alignment between Business strategies and Supply Chain priorities.
• MRP Processing.
• Oversees the scheduling with factory on order fulfilment to meet customer expectation.  Timely review of open backlog aligned with customer requirements. (Expedites, rescheduling and cancellation etc.)
• Determine best way to get products to customer (Air, Ocean, Road etc.) at the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Work with Global Demand Forecaster to assess the impact of demand plan on volumes and value in warehouse.
• Manage stock level in accordance with the KPI target, regular review on IQR, high inventory and Slow & Excess report.  Base on the root cause analysis result to identify the main drivers and develop action plans to control the S&E%, DSI & inventory level.
• Follow-up on GCM (change notification) status that affecting customers within the region.  Proactively identify actions to prevent issues that may arise because of the change.
• Liaise with Customer Service and 3PL on return shipment to manufacturing entity and close loop monitoring.
• Work with project lead team to support standard work project within SCH
• Support Global Lean Six Sigma program/Molex Global Policies by following approved policies and procedure.
• Taking the initiative to provide training, advice and back up to planner whenever need.
• Carry out other activities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, APICS certification (CPIM and/or CSCP and/or CIPS)
• 5 year’s working experience in Material Planning
• Knowledge of MRP & SAP system
• Fluently spoken & written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
