Jobs Responsibilities

• Oversee garment factories and fabric mills to ensure production and shipments are on time
• Involve in and responsible for quick resolution during bulk execution
• Follow up garment, accessories & materials from order placement to shipment
• Supervise merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction in product and on-time delivery
• Keep close communication with headquarter and overseas subsidiaries for order placement and on-time delivery
• Work closely with various parties to solve the critical issues arising from merchandising, quality, production, and shipment delivery for both garment and material
• Hold periodical meeting within teams/headquarters to ensure proto/bulk execution on time and right

Jobs Requirement:

• Degree Holder in any discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in garment development, production control and quality control
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both oral and written communication
• Japanese speaker is an advantage
• Independent, detail-minded, proactive, strong trouble-shooting skills, stable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
