Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage full sets of shipping documents
Full range of I/E, L/C & Banking documentations
Tradeline declaration and handle online related documents
Liaison with suppliers for planning of shipment schedules
Coordinate with factories/ suppliers and forwarders for shipping schedule
General input data to ERP system
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Form 5 with minimum 3 years solid experience
Proficiency in PC skills, such as MS Office, Excel ERP and Chinese word processing
Be flexible to handle different ad-hoc or emergent situations
Responsible, independent with positive work attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
More experience will be considered as Senior Officer position
Immediately available highly preferred
